Peace of mind.

Once or twice a day, I love to imagine my self meditating or just chillin out in a calm and gorgeous place in nature, something like the picture above.

It helps me to deeply relax and makes my brain produce a lot of serotonin and dopamine, the happy neurotransmitters which make me feel awesome.

I think of it like a superpower.

It is a superpower we all have, but rarely use it consciously.

The key is to remember that the subconscious mind, the one that creates feelings and triggers dopamine or cortisol depending on the situation, can not tell if the image it´s perceiving is real or is just an image you are creating.

In both cases, that part of your brain, will make the chemicals needed to feel the experience as real.

So, when you need to relax or to have a break or just want to travel inside your mind, sit for 5 minutes and visualize that you are in a place that makes you feel relaxed and happy.

It is pure imagination at work.

And it works great.

Joe Dispenza calls it Mental Rehearsal and Sandy Gallagher and Bob Proctor call it Visioneering.

Do yourself a favor, and google it.
