The Middle Way.

The true middle way is to embrace both extremes or both sides of everything.

Embrace life and death as one.

Embrace sadness and joy, welcome both in your life and learn from both.

.

Embrace day and night, and spent them wisely and happy.

Embrace the arrival and the departure, both are beautiful.

.

In a practical it is about developing the ability to say “I am at peace with both sides” “I feel ok going through either extreme, both are parts of the journey”.

.

It is worth to give it some thought.
